Return policy

If your new artwork arrives damaged -

In the event that the artwork arrives damaged, rest assured that it is fully insured by the selected shipping company. We kindly request you to carefully inspect the artwork upon arrival. If any damage has occurred, please contact us immediately at dannyleegallery@gmail.com. We will pay the refund to the nominated account for the damaged piece, pending insurance approval. Alternatively, we can create a new custom piece for you, maintaining similar sizing and design, or you may choose to select another piece of equal value, pending insurance approval.

 

Artwork doesn't fit my home/

The piece is not how I pictured it online -

If the artwork doesn't suit your home or you're not satisfied with the piece, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the artwork is repackaged in the same manner it arrived, and the cost of return delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. To proceed with the return, the artwork must be fully insured for the purchase price through the chosen shipping company.

 

For all returns, please use a trackable and insured shipping carrier, and provide us with the tracking information. This will help us ensure a smooth return process at Danny Lee Gallery.

Delivery Policy:

 

How will the artwork be delivered?

All pieces will be shipped using professional couriers who specialize in handling artwork. Each artwork will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in custom-made boxes to ensure its safe arrival.

 

When will my artwork arrive? 

 

Australia: 

 

Once payment is received, the artwork will be shipped within 14 days. After the courier collects the artwork, the customer will receive tracking information. The package must be signed for by the customer on collection. Danny Lee Gallery is not responsible for any package left outside, if artwork is stolen or damaged from the residence of delivery insurance will not be covered and the customer will not be refunded.

 

International (excluding Australia):

 

Once payment is received, the artwork will be shipped within 14 days. After the courier collects the artwork, the customer will receive tracking information. The package must be signed for by the customer on collection. Danny Lee Gallery is not responsible for any package left outside, if artwork is stolen or damaged from the residence of delivery insurance will not be covered and the customer will not be refunded.

Cancellation of Order Policy:

 

After payment has been made, both the customer and Danny Lee Gallery have the option to cancel the order until the shipping cost has been paid. Once the shipping cost has been paid, the artwork is considered purchased, and our standard return policy will apply.

 

If the cancellation request is made before the shipping cost is paid, a full refund will be issued to the nominated bank account. Please allow up to 14 days for the payment to be processed.

 

Please note that once the shipping cost has been paid, cancellation of orders will no longer be possible, and the standard return policy will be in effect.
